The red wine reminiscent of the Cimbri

RAUDII CORVINA MERLOT IGT

The ancient term Raudii refers to a battle that the Cimbri people fought and lost against the Roman legions, forcing them into secular exile along the Alpines.

This label is in remembrance of the Cimbri population originally from Northern Europe, which began living in the local areas around 500 BC and whose cultural survivors contributed to the formation of the traditions of the Veronese mountains’ inhabitants.

The motifs of the label reference symbolism present in Cimbri goldsmith art.

The delicate Cimbri white

RAUDII GARGANEGA IGT

Like the red RAUDII, this delicate white RAUDII also pays homage to the Cimbri tribe which contributed to the formation of the traditions that are still alive today among the people of the Veronese mountains.

It has a straw-yellow colour with a harmonious, finely sweet flavour and a final aromatic note recalling exotic fruit. Ideal paired with appetisers and pasta dishes with vegetables and fish.

BARDOLINO DOC CLASSICO

The name Bardolino comes from the geographical position of the production area, which is in fact the municipality of Bardolino.

As one of the most popular Italian wines, also internationally, it stands out for its drinkability: not excessive in colour nor structure, it offers an intense bouquet of fruit and easily satisfies the palate.

It pairs wonderfully well with risottos and packaged pasta with light sauces. Try it with white meats too for a culinary delight. And try it with pizza. Yes, you read correctly: with pizza!

The vineyards it is produced from are located in the heart of the Bardolino Classico area, and it stands out for its bright rose colour, delighting both the eyes and the palate.

It is fresh and fragrant, and has a balanced flavour that brings strawberries and raspberries to mind. And at the table? It pairs best with grilled fish and white meats, fresh cured meats and soft cheeses.

With that final Soave of bitter almond

SOAVE DOC CLASSICO

The name of this famous wine comes from Svevi or Suavi, one of the peoples who attempted to conquer Italy in the Middle Ages. Some hold that Dante gave this city near Verona the name Soave for the excellence of its wine.

Let yourself be tickled by the delicate scent of white fruit, slightly floral, and amaze your palate with the final note of bitter almond that is typical of the Garganega vine. When? It is best enjoyed with appetisers and pasta dishes with vegetables and fish.
